A.S.T. electronics manufacturing is your reliable EMS service provider for the production of RoHS-compliant assemblies. Working for you, we handle the design and development of new products, production of samples, and on-schedule series production of electronic assemblies as well as the associated assembly of devices. Alongside the traditional technologies of an EMS service provider, we also have quick access to our in-house development, design, and mechanical production departments.
Material procurement and storage

Surface Mount Technology (SMD)/ Through-Hole Technology (THT)
We guarantee on-schedule production with our SMD assembly lines, which use solder paste printers and reflow soldering systems. Other technologies are also available:
- Wave soldering system with changeable soldering baths for Pb-containing or
- Pb-free solder Selective soldering system for combined circuit boards or circuit boards with components on both sides
- THT manual assembly workstations and mini-wave soldering system, for example, for pre-series production
Inspections and function test
In addition to constant visual inspection of the electronic assemblies by our qualified production personnel, there is the possibility of automatic optical inspection (AOI). Our range of services also includes testing the wiring and function of individual components or complete end assemblies as well as documenting the results.
Final assembly and shipment
Every production process ends with the professional assembly and ESD- or MSL-compliant labeling and packaging of end products. Goods are shipped to you as our customer or, if necessary, to your end customers.
