The semi-automatic metering system / filling scales DE 80v1.5-h is designed for table-top installation. A supply hopper with a capacity of approx. 80 litres is mounted on a base frame. The vibration chute possesses a magnetic drive. The weighing container offers a capacity of approx. 3.5 litres and is emptied via a pneumatic flap. A discharge spout is incorporated beneath the container for the filling of bags. boxes. etc. In the case of free-flowing. fine-grain products with a bulk density of 0.4 to 0.8 kg/dm3. up to 200 bags can be filled per hour. With the metering control A810. it is possible to handle up to ten control points with both weight-dependent and time-dependent dribbling settings.
